Coppa

Coppa Komanche is the songwriter-led evolution of internationally acclaimed vocalist, performer and multi-award-winning artist COPPA.

Before becoming one of electronic music’s most recognisable voices, COPPA established himself through commercially successful crossover collaborations with pioneering UK bhangra group RDB. His work featured alongside global icons including Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, Sean Paul and Panjabi MC on the landmark, chart-scaling Urban Explosion compilation, co-released by Warner Dance and Sony Music TV. His recordings also appeared on major compilation releases in Austria, while his music received regular support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra and Kiss FM UK, reflecting an artist whose work has consistently crossed genres, audiences and markets.

Equally at home writing commercial crossover records, underground electronic music and cross-genre collaborations, COPPA has built a catalogue that bridges mainstream appeal with global dance music credibility.

Over the years, COPPA has become one of electronic music’s defining vocalists, performing in 43 countries at internationally renowned festivals including Let It Roll, Rampage, Dour Festival, Pepsi Sziget Festival and Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Festival in Singapore, alongside appearances at iconic venues including Fabric London and Motion Bristol.

His career has included performing in Malaysia before an audience of more than 20,000 people in support of Missy Elliott, while also sharing stages with internationally recognised artists including Felix da Housecat and Diplo.

Among his defining achievements, COPPA became the official Voice of Let It Roll, the world’s biggest drum & bass festival. He is a 10-time winner of Best International MC at the Czech Drum & Bass Awards, a two-time consecutive winner of Best MC at the German Drum & Bass Awards, and winner of Best Newcomer MC at the UK Drum & Bass Arena Awards. Since 2015, he has been nominated annually for Best MC at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards, achieving his highest placement as runner-up in 2019.

His work has been released through major and independent labels including Virgin Germany/Universal Germany, RAM Records UK, mau5trap, Heartfeldt, Soave, IN/Rotation and Disco:Wax / One Seven, reflecting a career that has consistently connected underground credibility with mainstream commercial success.

Coppa Komanche represents the next chapter of that journey. After years of giving producer-led records their voice, identity and impact, he now steps fully into the spotlight as a principal artist, songwriter and creative director. Drawing on a career spanning internationally released music, acclaimed live performances and cross-genre collaboration, Coppa Komanche brings every chapter of that experience into an artist project defined by distinctive songwriting, compelling storytelling and global ambition.
