A Music Business and Media graduate, Ella has built her experience across live music, photography, social media and creative industries. Growing up in London and studying in Brighton gave Ella a connection to two distinct but equally vibrant music communities, and a fascination with the people, places and subcultures that give artists their identity.
As an A&R Scout, Ella is passionate about looking beyond the music itself to understand the scenes and cultures surrounding an artist. She is driven by discovering artists with a genuine sense of identity, championing emerging talent early and helping bring the music and subcultures she believes in to a wider audience.
