Melanie is a London-based A&R with a strong interest in discovering and developing emerging talent across R&B, UK Rap and Latin music. With experience in artist management, A&R scouting and music marketing, she has worked closely with independent artists across development, releases, creative direction and promotion.
Her approach to A&R is centred around finding artists with a distinctive identity, strong music and clear long-term potential. She is particularly drawn to artists who have something different about them, whether that comes through their sound, story, image or the world they are building around their music.
Having worked across both artist management and A&R, Melanie understands the importance of looking beyond individual songs and recognising an artist’s wider potential. She is always looking for exciting new artists, songwriters and producers with originality, ambition and a clear creative vision.
