Before establishing Max Music Publishing (MMP), which has become one of the fastest-growing UK publishers in the past decade, Max successfully ran an independent record label for a number of years. Earlier in his career, he was a respected artist and songwriter signed to prominent labels including Virgin, One Little Indian, Sanctuary, and Warner Chappell. Max is known for his engaging and approachable style, coupled with his commitment to fairness.

Founded in 2018, MMP embodies Max’s vision for an ethical, transparent, and dynamic music publishing house. The company is dedicated to fairly representing a diverse and broad range of talented artists and songwriters, reflecting the exciting and evolving landscape of music in 2026.

Kristian cut his teeth in the music industry as a promoter, starting out with small scale Grime shows in the capital before working his way up to organising high profile Hip Hop and Grime events across the UK. Recently he has seen a great deal of success working as an Artist Manager and A&R. Kristian will be using his extensive experience to track down the best in Grime & Hip Hop talent

Ben has been a music enthusiast for as long as he can remember and used the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity to transition from fan to professional by launching a music blog. Supporting underground bands at a time when live exposure was limited, he explored multiple facets of the music industry, including A&R for sync and publishing, promoting his own live events, and artist management.

Since joining Max Music Publishing, Ben has established himself as one of the leading talent-spotters in the UK indie rock scene, signing multiple bands responsible for UK charting albums and notable sync placements, further cementing his reputation for discovering and developing emerging talent.

East London Born and Bred, music has always been a formative part of Glen’s life, bought up listening to Reggae and Dancehall on Sunday mornings as a young child.
Predestined to be involved in music, Glen has been working within the industry since the age of 16; starting off DJing and then moving onto Music PR with AGM Talent, planning promotional campaigns and projects with the marketing team for artists singles, albums, and tours for major music label artists, such as Digga D, Potter Payper, M Huncho, and Ashnikko to name just a few.

Music obsessed, Florence is a dedicated hands-on Artist Manager, A&R, and Music Consultant with over 10 years of experience scouting, developing and managing over-the-moon talented artists. Thrilled to represent incredible acts, producers & songwriters who write some of the best songs she’s ever heard, she is looking for good music that moves her and gets her straight into her feelings: an addictive vibe, powerful chords, well put together lyrics, or sometimes just a melody, as long as it makes her want to hit rewind!

Nicknamed ‘Away With The Beat’ since her school years, Florence has always had a great ear and a deep music sensibility. It’s never been about the genre, number of streams or social media following, all she sees is talent. Addicted to gigs and always on the lookout for the next big thing, she is passionate about discovering new acts especially within the R&B, Soul, HipHop & Pop scenes.

She regularly pitches songs/artists to major labels (Island, Warner, Capitol, YMU…etc), and has extensive knowledge of working at a label, and more recently in promotion (Press, Playlisting, Radio, TikTok…, ) giving her a 360° experience of the industry that she puts into play whenever she helps artists reach their music goals.
Nurturing, guiding, championing and pushing musical talents is in her DNA and by far the most precious and rewarding part of her missions. As an A&R Francesca has a unique and emotional ear, when deciding what makes a piece of music great and how to curate it for the right projects.

She has always had a passion for music, songwriting and entertainment. Starting off in drama and gaining a BA from Goldsmiths University London, her degree not only enabled her to immerse herself into South East London’s diverse music scene, but to later on move into talent scouting with notable casting directors. Francesca has worked with The Soho Theatre to produce and perform in her own show. Through this she has a gained a valuable and particular insight, into not only what it means to be an artist, but to scout for individual talent. Her love of music has always prevailed and she wants to shine a light onto the music that deserves it.
